The temptation is real! I keep seeing the denim quilted tabby online and I don't even think it fits into my wardrobe that well but I kinda want it because of how much other people are showing it... 😬
It's so cute! I have the ysl puffer in denim but it seems like more of a "winter" bag and the tabby seems more summery - it's hard to resist 😍
I fell for it already 😫 It does hardly fit my wardrobe, it does not fit my colour palette, does not fit my style, the chains are not my thing, it‘s totally unreasonable, I don’t even understand why I love it so much but I will probably keep it nontheless. Stupid me 🫣🩵🩵🩵

The Coach denim line is a great alternative to anyone eyeing the LV denim bags. I might get the denim Cassie 19 since I do not have any denim bags in my collection. Coach is much cheaper but the denim seems sturdier than LV. Coach is really knocking it out of the park lately.

I'm in the same boat with another luxury bag. Ended up getting a Coach alternative which I also loved and is way cheaper. Also being mindful this year with purchases. If you really would like the bag, it can be a birthday gift this year instead of something else.

Theres not a bag i lusted for that has not ended up on the coach reserve. I wanted the black madison for a year, and guess what it ended up 50% off. So as hard as it is, i wait it out.

You have some nice alternatives but if you’re looking at the purple none of those fill that spot 😂. I really like that new Coach bag and I like some of the denim pieces but there is always going to be a new bag out there to tempt us. Congrats on staying strong and not buying but shopping your closet instead.

I bought the Coach Tabby Denim last year when it went on sale but returned since I have the LV denim vintage baggy pm which has the same silhouette. Major regret since I love the Coach better. But I refused to repurchase from reseller for escalated prices. Glad Coach re-released it. But I'm resisting on the Quilted Tabby Denim 26. It was on my cart until it sold out at Neiman. Happy with my Tabby Denim.

TFS!!! This is something my mom taught me. Resist the urge and think about the use of the item if purchased. Being able to deny yourself when you really want something is powerful. I did this with the Coach Rogue 25 in the signature jacquard. I feel like it will compete with my small Marc Jacob tote bag in argan oil. Obviously, the rogue has more compartments, but I do see myself reaching for them both and trying to decide which one to carry. I also had to do this with the Coach Day tote and the Lana shoulder bag. That was a tough one 😅.

For me, I need to save every penny to get a bag. So whenever I start saving and the need goes away, I just keep that money for whatever else I end up needing. But if nothing happens and a want comes along, then I got the money haha.

Purple is my favourite colour, so that’s a tough one. That being said, I am trying to only buy clothing and accessories within my season. In my case, I’m a warm autumn, and I tend to reach more for my neutrals anyway 😅

I have 3 bags that are tempting me at the moment. I’m holding off because eventually I know they will get marked down in price. I love that soft 26 leather tabby in black and gold hardware. I agree with you, it’s adorable. Also I personally think it looks quite a bit like your marmont Gucci bag. I also like the denim 26 and I really like the look of the denim Soho bag except not crazy about the bonded leather. Anyways, you have a beautiful collection of bags. I got super tempted too so I bought one. However, when I got it I realized the top sides of the flap were not even. So sadly I'm going to return it. Now the question is whether to repurchase or wait for a sale or another discount (I had used the 10% off one when you register with your phone). Another UA-camr, Ellebe, also returned hers due to a defect so I'm not sure whether the defects are rare or common. In any case, I still think it's a gorgeous bag. You have so many beautiful ones to choose from so it makes sense for you to hold off.
I'm sorry you had trouble:(. I've run into that a lot with Coach and it can be frustrating to have to order 2-3 bags to get "a good one". I'm happy with what I have for now - thx so much!💜

I'm not sure, I would venture to say what I have is likely "full grain" and Coach is probably "top grain" so it may be technically better, but that is just my hypothesis… As far as softness goes, I really couldn't say! The pillow tabby bags that I have had in the past are incredibly soft!

I've been telling myself 550 is a lot for that bag and I've tried so hard to not buy anymore bags. I don't have a chanel CF but i do have the chanel 19 and the Bvlgari cabochon bag which is similar. IDK 😅 but i WANT it.

Hi Aaryn! But do you have a lavender pop of color? Are we now deluding ourselves that all pops of color are equal and that we don’t need them all? Just kidding! This is an adorable bag! And if the lavender one had gold hardware I would’ve been tempted. Ive had my eye on the lilac peekaboo petite with the GHW. Regarding new bags, I have restricted myself as to color. I am not allowed to buy any more black bags. With only a couple exceptions in my life as most of my black bags are forever bags. But in reality the struggle is always there because I consider any bag that’s a different color to what I already have, as a different bag. So no more black bags because it will compete with the too many I already have. No more pink, struggling with not adding yet another white. No more dark pink. But I’m missing light blue and lavender. I admit that it has nothing to do with function or need. It’s because they’re so darn pretty! Good job on this perspective and resisting. Loving these videos! Please do more with any other temptations!
I love the color lavender and lilac and will prob come across a luxury bag like the one you mentioned above at some point in the future :). Perhaps it might be my "may" bag, you never know! Nothing is on the list yet...:). If the tabby 26 is 1/2 off around Mother's Day, well you just never know!

What stops me truly though is that with very few exceptions like my Cassie 19 that I travel with, I don’t tend to use my contemporary bags. I have a lot of bags so I never needed one of them to fulfill a need. So except for a few longchamp xs Le pliage which are some of the cutest things ever, I don’t use my co temporary bags. I’ve given away most of them and haven’t bought any in years.
