Occupied Baltic States, Ukraine and Georgia different views, and to this day we have closest brotherhood even carrying different heritage. I'm from Brazil and I've seen Russia and China become a closer ally in the recent years but I have a huge respect for Zelensky and how he keeps trying to bring the world together on this issue and I hope Ukraine gets all its territory back, including Crimea and be free again.

This is correct. If US was to respect this commitment, it should have sent its armies into Ukraine on feb 24 th 2022... to protect . as promised. The aid it is giving is no protection, it is just aid. Because of failing to respect that commitment hundreds of thousands are dying and suffering. The Ukranians astonish me every day. What for a brave nation. Take the the Klitschko brothers for example. Both are millionaires. Both could live in any country they wanted to, far away from this dreadful war but both decided to stay at home and resist the Russian invaders. I admire him for giving this long speech in English. He speaks some English, but this speech was beyond his abilities and someone will have had to help him translate it. Congress isn't capable of giving a heartfelt reception to a genuine and inspiring leader -- It's all performance and political strategy. What I do find encouraging is that the exuberant reception indicates that supporting Ukraine has been deemed so popular that no politician is willing to be seen giving less than 100% to Zelenskyy's face. Maybe this means all the talk of "blank checks" from McCarthy is just a dog & pony show for his hyperpartisan base, and cutting support for Ukraine would be political suicide even for Republicans.
