I did an installation of parking lot lights and the manufacturer was selling mounting brackets for $170. I got a metal shop to make them for $40. $130 savings on 48 fixtures saved the customer over $6000.

@@sergeantspeed5941 I was luck enough the manufacturer had a detailed spec sheet, I just handed that to the shop and they made an almost identical copy. In my opinion it was actually better built than the original.
@@scuph A lot of contractors dont care because it is the customers money, they fail to understand that you get a lot more jobs if you put that extra effort. I take pride in the fact that I show my customers the materials cost. they are paying for my services, not to be double charged for materials.

What I really hope, what would be very nice for Cleeter, is that the track will get so up-to-date that he'll start getting requests for letting companies use it for filming ads and stuff - there's some nice extra cashflow.

The build series on this lighting system would be an amazing watch and please feel free to Nerd out as much as you want on it. This track couldn't have went to a better more motivated, fun loving owner and I'm so thankful it was you who snagged it...

A Florida man who drops a quarter million dollars just to make the track a little easier to see for us, deserve a key to the city, the stuff he does for us is insane! Thank you Cleeter Mcskeeter, for doing everything you can to make our visits and videos the best quality there is. I used to live in st. Pete the gated apartments right before the Howard Franklin. I'll be down there in November, hopefully you have something going on so I can come see you, the boys, and see the freedom factory!

I was outside last night looking at the moon.... I'm a few miles north of downtown Atlanta Georgia and I saw what I thought was a small spotlight off in the distance to the south of me. I thought it was coming from somewhere in Atlanta.... Little did I know it was lights coming from central Florida.
Build series idea: Take their Crown vics and swap in weird stuff into each one! a Tesla Crown Vic? Cummins diesel Crown vic? Would love to see those kinds of builds into the fleet! Put those Vics to use Cleetus!

I have a BRAND-X alternator too. 300amp (more like 350a) my stock was 80amp ... It's all for car audio but now I'm thinking I want a badass light on my car too

@@mcf3778 we use a pulley designed to fight against slip. He was clamping 196+ amps at idle after the car was warmed up without any squeel 😊.
