@@fatimahussain9230 Khan was in a state where he became a ferocious beast and had years of fighting that he took advantage of that against the rest unless fire was involved to destroy him as fire is his weakness.
To be fair baloo is not as experienced as there khan. Blood spend most of his time eating berries and honey.

@quintessentialquint don't give excusses, Wolves pack could defeat hyenas too. Tigers are way to stronger in Muscle Mass, hunting skills, bite force, size, weight fearlessness, independent. Lion only in speed, battle IQ, defence and brave.

Shere Khan in this film was by far the most scariest and dangerous villain in a live-action adaptation. He was willing to murder anyone that gets in his way and was willing to kill Mowgli’s loved ones as well in order to get to him.

@@RizzoGizmo97 Agreed a bit. But for the amount it was, still worth watching and makes up for how Bagheera and Shere Khan never had a scene together in the animated film as well. This film however shows the reality of how a tiger and panther are rival predators that one of them could’ve sided in an instant.

True. They just didn’t expect that Shere Khan was that powerful and he was pushed off the deep end enough that he became nearly unstoppable, ferocious and bloodthirsty that he was willing to murder anyone that gets in his way of tearing Mowgli apart.

The remake was a masterpiece like Aladdin 2018, in the first make Shere khan meets his defeat by having a branch tied to his tail and then whilst battling Mowgli in the forest on top of the tree by falling into the fire.
This, Aladdin, Little Mermaid, and Beauty and the Beast are my fav live-action adaptations.

Easily the most intense final battle in a live-action adaptation of an animated classic ever. This film was outstanding for being its own thing that was stunning and scarier at the same time.
It reminds me Bonobo Koba and Chimpanzee Caesar and two male Lions Simba and his own old only uncle!
