I've just got back playing badminton after 30yrs, but i feel my tennis elbow (Intermediate player), question is would a racket of this Stiffness make my tennis elbow pain Worse??

Sometimes changing your racquet can cause you pain depending on how you use your wrist, elbow, and body. This racquet is head-heavy, so if you were playing with a lighter racquet before, it might cause you temporary pain. However, after a few weeks, the pain should go away. I'm sharing this based on the experience of one of our teammates. But everyone's body is different, so you should pay attention to how your body is adapting.
