When they default on the contract the company has the right to enter the property to remoe said property. If a fence (built after delivery) is in the way or other objects they can be removed. Even chain link fence.
I’m m a new sub and enjoying the videos. Why didn’t you just drop the shed and use the mule to pick up the fence instead of messing with the jack? Just curious. Thanks 👍
Repo time huh? I would cut out more of the video rather then speeding it up, people don't seem to like too much fast videos but cut it up so the viewers don't get bored.

Well I have watched Shedhappens guy Josh and 5 minutes into your video SMH! Instead of destroying the dudes fence you could have used that cordless drill and removed one section without destroying it. Double SMH
@@Shedhaulershane no worries. It is just hard to watch when it is at the fast speed. Watch shed happens and what we found interesting was the start to finish shed repos or returns with some commentary. He is getting out of it now but gained a lot of followers with his channel. Anyway good luck

@@Shedhaulershane Just slowing the video down to normal speed would be a big improvement. Some of the best shed videos I've seen are from "Shed-happens" on UA-cam. He's out of the shed business now, but watch some of his videos and get some ideas. He shows from arrival to departure with just enough editing to keep it sizeable without losing good content. He built a successful UA-cam channel, so he was doing something right. Good luck!

That's crazy, here in Washington state, that's property damage & they can go after your insurance for repairs.

I have never had any luck with this mule pulling fences I’ll have a mule 7 before long it should Pull them up when needed.. I appreciate the sub

I didn’t destroy it it could easily be put back into place that’s why I didn’t just cut the post
