It's a nice house from an above the average cookie cutter builder in Granville. And this is one of their biggest plans other than their semi-custom homes. BUT not worth it. As nice as Riverstone is, its Madera. People thinking they are Clovis or NE Fresno all of a sudden over there. Only NE Fresno and North Clovis can justify a price like this. And for this price I would look there before I spend this much in MADERA. Clovis unified schools are way more superior. And for $1mil it feels like a basic cookie cutter version. Lack of real luxury details. Thin granite/quartz edge, lack of ceiling lights in all rooms and common rooms. Ugly brown carpet (but that seems to be lack of interior styling cues often found from people in the Fresno/madera area). Basic appliance package. Maybe in a few years as riverstone and Tesoro Viejo come up, but not at the moment for this price.
