If you’re located in LA, downtown LA fashion district has numerous shops that sell in bulk. Please look into what you need in order to buy wholesale in stores because each state/location will require different certification/licenses.
Unfortunately, I have not kept track on the bad vendors that Ive encountered in the past. I would suggest really looking into reviews, and a lot of trial and error with finding the right vendor for you. Also what I might find as a "bad vendor" might actually work for you. Every person will have their own experience with a manufacturer.
