I am not the doctor ,but today major cause of less production of melanin is the stress level ,most of us ,when our hair start converting into grey ,then we take more stress in that we we will notice that hair will grey with multiple speed ,so first of all don't take tension/ stress, just take healthy diet with the believe that your hair will get it's colour back ,but stress/ anxiety covert this trouble situation into disasterous .I am just giving this advice to all because same things happened with me .
