Since you seem to have taken a liking for the style, if you want to go further listening to black metal, my advice would be to not get stuck with the "founding fathers" of the style (Burzum, Gorgoroth, Dark Throne), etc. Black metal goes way beyond this these days. You can check out the "Odium Nostrum" UA-cam channel most popular videos to get a taste of what the style has to offer.

Metallica did their S&M albums, Accept also did a symphony backed concert if i recall, and of course several symphonic Metal groups have used full or partial symphonies before. Visions of Atlantis used one in their last couple of releases. Epica used one. Um, and i think Delain uses one as well. Nightwish might, but i'm not sure. Thoumas kinda does all that orchestra backing himself with his keyboard live or with pre-recorded backing tracks.
If you want to see Dimmu Borgir at their peak, try their song The Insight and the Catharsis with their old bassplayer Vortex. They use now a whole choir or a keyboard for his parts.. just a whole bunch of people to replace one man with the voice of an angel.

These will be a little rough because of their age, but Vortex vocals are incomparable and no choir will ever match them.
Skálmöld & Sinfóníuhljómsveit Íslands - Kvaðning has pretty much the same quality and production value (in my eyes the feeling of the whole concert is even better). But it's more viking- than black metal. If you look at the letters/spelling you can guess why it's way more underrated :P
