I moved from Waldorf/Upper Marlboro, MD. to California, then to Tampa, FL, and now in San Antonio, and I haven't been able to find a good grouping of locticians ANYWHERE (except Tampa). In Cali, they were all an hour away from where I lived, so I had to make due with the few that were close... very heavy handed people. Now, I've learned to do my daughter's locs on my own (from UA-cam) and it's been a life saver. Thanks again!

Cali is a braid n lowcut state. Not too many people wear locs. Not they culture. Down south culture & style. Currently in Tampa rn & love my stylist😅
