Sometimes a retwist isn’t even needed. We just addicted to the perm look
I heard every three to four months is key! Im only a beginner, and I just got to like my fourth month! So I don’t plan to retwist for another four months from now. A lot of people these days get a retwist often like every month, but I definitely love a retwist, but I love to also let my hair breathe and do its thing! I like my retwist because I do it myself, it’s therapeutic, romantic and little lol just to tend to myself, and I love seeing my new growth show it’s length! But I don’t mind the waiting until then, and I’m glad I’m around others who encourage me to embrace the down time and find love in my hair even when it isn’t “perfect”.

I love this !!!! I’m waiting a few more inches before I cut mine. I bleached my ends about 2 years ago and I wanna to get rid of the processed hair. I bet she feels SUCH a weight lifted. I didn’t realize how heavy locs could get until recently.
I need to invest in a wrist plate. Your hands are blessed. I'm still trying to get my locs that tight. What product are you using btw they came out beautiful

Paul, you are SOOOO UNDERATED! I LOVE TO WATCH YOU WORK. ALL OF YOUR CLIENTS LOCS ARE BEAUTIFUL WHEN YOU FINISH! GREAT JOB! I just started my loc journey about a month ago via insta locs. The girl that did them did a horrible job! Alot of them aren't palm rolled to the end, she called herself twisting my roots and blow dried them for about 10 mins and took the clips out. When I got home, all of them had become untwisted and the roots were puffy and a mess. Paul, PLEASE help me by telling me how to save these or can you PLEASE make a video on how to crochet the hair into a insta loc, start to finish. I would be do grateful for this. I am your soon to be New BFF. LOL. THANKS SO MUCH IN ADVANCE!!! YOU ARE AMAZING! I'm about to check out your store and order some products. Tfs!
