I think you could do that up to NHL 18, I remember doing that a couple of times and that was the last NHL game I owned and played. I miss it, I think it made the draft more worth it and I feel like you had more time to grow your character before playing in the NHL. I'm playing 23 now, I guess it is nice not having to put in all that extra time.@@SaintWarrior94

What camera settings are you using in game 2?
Based on the end screen after game 2, the format is like soccer - It goes by total goals in the 2 games. So, the 1-goal dub in the first game saved your bacon. And everybody loves bacon. I've missed these videos and can't wait to see you playing in a Wings jersey haha!!

I like what i see in terms of the opposition AI shooting long range shots. NHL 23 always the AI would go into the slot and shoot which meant they'd score like 3 goals in 4 shots or something stupid like that. the goalie save % would always be so bad despite having a win record.

I started in CHL, then to Anaheim where I played 50/50 season and after that to Dallas where I won the Cup yesterday😄 been fun couple months 😄
The Champions Hockey league I assume works like the champions league in football, where in the elimination rounds you play a team home and away, and the team that has the best aggregate score over two games wins (that's why you went through even though you drew 4-4 in the 2nd game, because you won the first game by one).
So happy this series is back and the game looks good

People were hating on the goalies in the playtest, its guaranteed to be the most fun goalies have been in a game since 2K. the variation of animations and robberies are going to be highlight reel level every game this year
Have they fixed shot frequency yet or allow it to be customized? Big reason I stopped playing goalie is because with 5 minute periods you'd face under 20 shots in basically every game
@@13_faces Shot frequency options have been in the game for a long time, if you're looking for more shots during gameplay outside of playing real time you'd have to go into gameplay sliders and customize that
The isn't and has never been a shot frequency slider. Although there should be. Also, a way to increase your teams CPU forecheck to aggressive or full attack so they can score more goals

The way to get your goalie pulled by the coach you need to go to sliders and put the coaching setting to the max
I can’t believe they didn’t change a single think ig ill play nhl 22 for a third year hopefully someone will put out a new roster so I can get the new game for free
You complain about that even though this is like the first game where they actually changed things. The teather systems, the new hits, breaking the glass, new deke system, new passing and pass receiving. I think EA needs to do better but come-on quit saying it’s the same

I can’t believe ea thought that this was a good product. 60-70$ for basically the same game. This could have been a dlc for 23. No dig on you though keep doing your thing.

I’ll take it, I mean we (the giants) have only qualified for the Champions League, 3 times, this season and 2 others, we have never made it past group stages, the past 2 years our record was 1-5 and this season we’re 1-3, not great, but we still have a chance.

If the CHL was like real life well you should pick between a Swedish or a Finnish team those are actually the best leagues in Europe and the SHL is the second best league in the world the KHL I don’t count f***ing Russia (what I’m waiting for in be a pro is to be able to play in Europe any top league as a 17 year old, one season before the draft)
