Very useful video. Thanks for sharing. Some of the mistakes I committed are: Not Rebalancing my portfolio, Selecting stocks from a sector not doing well, Paying higher values for stocks not deserving the same.
ETMONEY has always been a reliable source of information and knowledge for investors specially the beginners. The term “De-worse-ification” what really it mean in simple terms? Is it not a better idea of having different types of MFs in portfolio??
In the 2nd part you have mentioned the money you don't own shouldn't be invested. In this video you have taken example of "Personal Loan", does this also applicable to "Home Loan". In my personal view - we can smartly plan investing some part in Stocks/MFs to reduce the some interest part in long run. Is this wise decision?
Shankar, Another of a very insighful video. I liked the 10th one the most, though overall this may not have much in terms of loss. My CA also at times admonishes me for having sold without giving much thoughts to Tax. I have felt like most of us like Abhimanyu, we know how to enter the Chakravyuh but don't know much in terms of when to exist, even it is partial exits. Any suggestion on mathematically (Just to take out the guesswork from that) arriving on when/what/how-much to exit?

These are some great videos. For NRI's do you accept NRO account only ? Most other portals accept both NRE and NRO. I want to start investing with ETmoney as the UI is no where close to other competitors but I dont have an NRO as I always have been using NRE for MF investments.
Please make a video detailing options to invest in our son / Daughter at their early ages. My son is 5yrs now and what are options in my hand I can start small investments and he is benefited when he turns 25. Thanks.
Shankar, another great video! Love this channel. I'd like to know your opinion on my take on asset allocation. I don't like churn even for AA because of taxes (you mentioned this at the end). And I think 100% equity gives you better returns than any golden AA ratio. Most backtested AA calculations don't take this tax churn in to effect. Can your team cruch the data to validate or disprove my assumption? Also, my strategy is 100% equity after setting aside a huge sum of money for emergencies, so I'm not YOLOing either.
Sir my only financial objective is to be financial freedom at age of 45 my age is 25 year now my annual income is 50 thousands per month For me financial freedom at the age of 45 means I should be able to buy goods and services which I am buying now equivalent to 40000 rs per month now. Taking account into inflation at 6 percent please calculate the corpus amount I will need at age of 45 to become financially free.
Most of the mutual funds are not given rating based on your research on ET Money app. Please look into this so that it becomes easy for investors to select the right mutual funds. Rest all is good in app.
Selecting right funds needs a lot of research. A great paid platform is the Primeinvestor website. I don't think any free website will offer that kind of advice.
You are doing a great job by educating us regarding the various MFs and their tax liabilities. May God bless you to continue with the good work you are doing. I would like to invest 25 lacs each in two moderate DYNAMIC BALANCED ADVANTAGE FUND and do SWP (monthly) with a 5% yearly increase. Also is it possible to contact you over phone/Email. Your advice, please. Regards

Keep investing simple. One or two index funds or ETFs may be all you need. Avoid complex investments, which often have high fees.
Which type of mf should one invest in this rising market?
Despite the economic crisis, this is still a good time to invest in stock and crypto
I Invested in Crypto and stocks but believe me crypto is better than stocks
Investing in Crypto is actually the wisest thing to do now despite everything going on in the world
Both investments are good to go into but if profit must be considered then crypto is far better.
Many people will regret not buying and investing in crypto now because Crypto is Future ??
