Hey Matt. I enjoy your videos and I'm now 100% convinced I could enjoy the Hiker or other similar teardrop camper, but I'm trying to find the right way to introduce my wife to the concept. She was always a fan of the Scout trailers, but squeezing inside for cooking and eating doesn't sit right with me. Have you had much contact with other owners that have downsized from larger RV's and are happier to be downsized? I'm trying to find "the" right video to show the wife.
We have definitely run into people that have gone from tents and upgraded their way to motorhomes and then back down to the Hiker. In the HTC-E4 Part 2 video, the first couple we interviewed is one of those and he comments that this it the most fun he has had camping. I think showing her the HTC-E videos shows couple camping in them together and she will see other women enjoying the small trailer life 😃.
We move this campout around the East side of the country (East of the Mississippi) We are looking to do the next one in KY/TN/WV.....more details to come in the coming months. We have people that come in tents or other modes of camping when they are researching Hiker Trailers - great way to see a bunch of them all in one place.

Our pleasure!
Love what you guys are doing! Thanks for the content 😀
Love the ideas! I wish more camera time was spent on viewing the mods rather than the people.
Too many ideas. I'm gonna get in trouble. haha. Thanks.
Thank you so much. It is really helpful to learn folks “druthers” about their trailers. Also just nice to put faces to those on the FB group
Totally agree! That is why we put this together :-)
I don’t have a hiker, I have a DIY. But I always get wonderful ideas from videos like this, thanks for sharing!
Do you have a build video or any info? Trying to do the same!
@@alexandermiller866 I have tons of progress pics but not sure how to get them to you
Thanks Matt. You definitely helped when I was ordering mine !

Any plans for a HTC event in the south? Does the trailer need to be a HT to attend?
