How To Change/Remove Blades on Drum Mower (Sharpening Blades)

Today on a hot day between 1st and 2nd hay cuts we maintenance our Farm Maxx/Kowalski FDM-135 drum mower blades with a mid-season sharpening by hand. This mower is super-easy and user-frienldy to change blades on, remove and install blades is crazy easy, if I can do this, anyone can! Making sure your drum mower blades are in good shape and ready for use is important...neglected blades could easily lead to unsatisfactory performance in the field. Its super-easy to check and sharpen them if necessary. Hope this video helps someone somehow with changing/replacing blades on their Farm Maxx drum mower. Thank you for an excellent video. I have a small farmlet and picking up a vintage twin drum mower tomorrow for my Massey Fergusion vintage 35hp tractor. Will you do a video on maintaining the gearbox and greasing and checking bearings?

At some point this winter I will try to film servicing the gearbox. Our Farm Maxx drum mower does not have independent grease fittings, it is all lubed through the gear box oil. I appreciate you watching, thanks!
