My priest said this about other cultures and faiths...'yiu never know if the seed has already been planted. It just takes time for it to grow.' I pray that all find Christs love and mercy... I have high hopes and joy in viewing the other faiths and cultures, that perhaps the seed will blossom.
I was raised as a filipino, even though philippines is a very first born christian country i always hearing about jesus but i dont actually know jesus. Til i learned the truth of how to accept him with whole heart i never felt so clean, so peaceful. Jesus is the way
so the only reason he became christian was because he was afraid of having to pay off his own karma? because in buddhism, there's no concept of a saviour. you must save yourself and you must pay for your karma unless you attain enlightenment
To apostatize Buddhism and become Christian does not mean superiority of Christianity to Buddhism. Unlike Pastor Kit, many people could change their faith from Christianity to other religions.
