I’ll save everyone some time. If you’re coming from an 8 and below you should get the 12. If you have the X or 11 already you should keep your phone. If you’re on a budget you should get the 11. It’s cheaper and has a better battery than the 12. There you go.

I upgraded to the 11 a few weeks ago and don’t regret it. The 12 just isn’t a big enough change for me. I want that 120 hz display.

If you have the iphone11, it's more practical to stick with it. 11 is a great phone and there's only a SLIGHT improvements with the iphone12. There are still some countries that are not covered with 5G, so I think it's not that of a big deal if you're from 4G then switching to 5G with technically ALMOST the same internal and external. Especially if it's just for everyday phone use, there's no need to upgrade unless you have a lot of money.
And if you're planning to buy and can't decide between 11&12. You should pick 11 because it's really worth it for its price. It's a huge price drop. Again, there's only a minimal improvement. If you have your phone case on, honestly you can't tell if the phone is 11 or 12.

disagree, if you have the 11 stick with it, but if you don’t and you wanna update i totally recommend the 12 for the display, the battery is more optimized and also the camera is better (only with the night mode but that’s important). i have both and the 11 is amazing but i totally prefer the 12

@@mohanadgareeb7185 up to you. But for me I’d go for the 11 since I as well have the 7 plus. It’s cheaper and there’s not really much of a difference. Plus it’s still cheaper if you get the 256 Model as well.

I have the 256gb iPhone 11 and I am super happy with it , super fast , amazing cameras with superb video quality , and brilliant performance overall , i would wait for an improved design on the notch side and promotion display ...

iPhone 12 Pro is your choice. Why not upgrade?
Essentially £/$200 more to have deeper blacks but same colour saturation / calibration...and a very similar performance and experience overall...Do get the 11 instead and donate the extra cash burning up in your pocket to charities that help victims of COVID...that’s certainly a better way to spend your money in 2020 and enrich your lives. Poverty is on the rise across the globe and we can’t let corporates rip us off this way any longer. Just a suggestion, of course.

I have an iPhone 11 and I’m very happy. The Oled is tempting but I’d rather wait for a notch less iPhone or 120ghz screen. And I use a Spigen tough armor case which makes the sides squared, like the 12.
fair enough, but the 120hz will be almost definitely in the pro models next year. I don't think the regular iPhone 13 will have the 120hz. the pro models are at a completely different price point.

I recently picked up the iPhone 12. My main reasoning is the A14 chip and the OLED screen, which seem to bring the standard iPhone models much closer to other phones on the market. The other features are fairly incremental and design is very preferential.

The camera’s are probably the same except for the look on the back and the 11 has two. Really up to you just think the 11 would last longer, I’ve had mine since last December 🤷🏼♀️

I had the se 1st gen and upgraded to the 12 massive upgrade definitely worth it if you have an older phone and want to keep your new one for a couple of years

I bought an 11 last week at 380 at the apple store by trading in an old iPhone X in great condition and I don’t really mind the change from oled to the lcd, my eyes feel better with the lcd and the colors have like a umf although I can notice the difference in sharpness, but it’s not a huge deal as the phone feels so much faster

I'm torned between the iPhone 11 pro and the iPhone 12. It's the same price range where I'm from. I'm really concerned about the 12's battery life based on other reviews since I'm somewhat a heavy user. The pro max is just too big for me though.
If you’re coning from a 6-8, go for the 12, way better OLED screen, 5G, cameras/lens upgrade aren’t a priority for you.
I have both the phones! 11 in purple and 12 in blue. I surf and play games on 11 just because the lcd is easy on the eyes! 12 is a great phone too and I use it for FT, work and chat phone lol 😂

Oh what I'd give to have my 6s Plus in perfect condition again. Its ear speaker and front camera don't work (my fault, ripped the cable). Its RAM management when taking photos was unparalleled. I don't care about anything else

The 12 literally feels like any other notch iphone with gestures, nothing new here if you buy this coming from anything in the past 3 years you won’t be able to tell a difference

I bout the 11 when it’s was 700$. If you’re thinking about which phone to get, get the 11! It’s an amazing deal. This is still the latest and newest iPhone , large size, vibrant color, perfect weight , relatively fast internet, and unbeatable camera quality. I mean truly, there’s very little the 12 camera could have improved on. I even believe the 11 is much better than the expensive iPhone X- and now it’s only 599$. I truly recommend the 11!
I bought my iPhone 11 in February, and still am very happy with it. The 12 is not much difference. Keeping my 11.
The peak brightness is only watching HDR content and not actually using it in sunlight. They’re both capped at 625nits on that regard.

You’re right Nick. I have an iPhone 11 and I use it at least 8-10 hours a day. It does not hurt my eye one bit. The display is gorgeous and the battery life is absolutely great. I bought a purple and I 💜 it!

@@iven3827 it’s definitely up to you mate! I have ever used an OLED screen so can’t tell you for sure how it is. But I’ve been using 11 for 3 months now. It’s a great solid device with some fantastic battery life. Photos and videos comes out great too 👍

I have to respectfully disagree about performance... I barley notice a difference between my old iPhone X and the 12 . So I’m sure the difference is less between the 11 & 12.
I got both. 11 last year, 12 this year. The improvements are enough for me to warrant the upgrade however the iPhone 11 was and still is more than capable. I still own both phones (I also own an iPhone se 2020) and apart from the physical feel and the oled display, they are almost the same. If you like your iPhone 11, keep it. If you love your iPhone 11, upgrade, either way, you won’t be disappointed.
Pretty much, if u already have an 11, keep it, if u have an older version get the 12
i am some one who dosen't feel the need to waste my money every year an new iphone comes out just to say look i have the new iphone, I keep my phone for 2 years then upgrade
At this rate, I think its actually better to go for the 11. Not much improvement, no high refresh rates. 5G infrastructure isn't even there anymore. Battery life for the 12 is actually worse than 11. Well if you want an OLED screen, better go for 11 pro.

Planning on upgrading from my 8+ to the 12, I’ll be getting whatever phone on a 36 month contract so to me it makes more sense to buy the newest for £10 more per month as I’ll be having it for 3 years minimum. As someone who has always brought an older phone I’m excited to have this years model 😋
I'll post my unpopular opinion, away from the hype you promote in your video. I go for Apple LCDs any day. LCDs has less annoying screen flickering, more realistic colors makes it easier for the eyes. Sorry dear, but upgrading from an iPhone 11 to the iPhone makes no sense.
I’m getting the IPhone 11 Pro. In my country it’s the same price as the 12.
Since it has the telephoto lens and the 5G is not happening anytime soon where I live, I think this is the best option.

Great comparison. Going to stick with the iPhone 11 since it's cheaper. I like the OLED on the 12, but lack of 120hz is a deal-breaker for me (and the price) since I love the 120hz on my s20 Note Ultra and iPad Pro (so buttery smooth...). Why Apple has it on their iPad Pros and not on their new iPhones is beyond me. It's for my mom, anyway, and I don't think she cares about OLED or 5g. I'd get her the SE, but she doesn't like how small it is. Thanks for the review!

iPhone 11 is definitely the one I’m gonna save up for. The iPhone 12 is really expensive and I don’t care for most of the upgrades anyway. I also prefer the more rounded sides of the iPhone 11 and I don’t mind the large besils. As I’m upgrading from an iPhone 6s, I most likely won’t notice the minor drawbacks like the lower quality (the quality will seem amazing to me considering I’ve used an iPhone 6s for 3 years)

Reasons to get 12 over the 11(not pro versions)
Display.....Oled screen, 1080p resolution on media.deeper blacks.
Connectivity...much better on the 12 for LTE now intel modems have gone.
Design....totally subjective but many prefer the boxy design.
Storage....at last a 128gb choice in between 64 and 256gb.
Other than that minor tweaks to video and cameras.
I just got the 12☺️ it’s definitely a beautiful phone glad I choose it😍

I prefer the 11. Going to pick it up in about three hours at the Apple store. I find the 12 to be too gimmicky and saw it in person and not impressed. 11 is the last model of its design and those are always the best ones to have.
