Messaging from London, right off the bat, I’m currently renting a ROOM in the suburbs of London, and I’m paying £650/month the room is a single room! So that should give the Russian 🇷🇺 viewers all a clue about how well they’ve got it! Regarding the video, loved the beer shop! It’s interesting how you can have such cool places at your doorstep without having to travel into the local town centre! I wonder if those shops get enough advertising and walking by customers though?

I think the beer store gets plenty of business because there is just so many people in such a small area, this one apartment block houses SO many properties and there are tons of apartment blocks all throughout the area.
This monthly rental cost is close to the lease expenses for a room in London....and not in the central district obviously. Seems quite affordable on my take👍😉
@@AussieComrade The couple of friends of mine lesed a, resembling to yours, flat in a quite freshly built block 13 years ago in London. The rental was about 1800 quid and the utility bills additionally...That rental counted quite affordable at that period of time because of a view from their windows to the railways to a Victoria station on the same level as their windows.
Thanks Alan! That beer shop was pretty cool but the regulations & licensing here in Australia would be too restrictive. I would not like to live in an apartment (they are so much cheaper there!) and would much prefer to be on my own block a bit away from the city.
Soundsoflife:) yes absolutely there are soo many regulations in Australia now its insane! You know you can get great deals on country houses only 1-2 hours away from Moscow where you get your own space and garden etc I have a friend who rented one its amazing and really affordable

You didn't tell anything about Invitro near the second farmacy. They do any sort of blood tests and some other too. Compare to government clinics they do it faster. And it's convenient but not free.

Мне повезло, что я программист и в последние года широко развилась удалёнка, что позволяет мне иметь московскую зарплату, живя в провинции. С другой стороны, и зарплату я трачу в провинции, способствуя её развитию.
