Beautiful triggers! The colour matching is very soothing. My fav trigger in this video is literally anything but original : the nail tapping lol, you are doing it so well. The mermaid brush was also very relaxing, it’s a great trigger!!
I find the octopus very interesting, I didn’t hear any other trigger that sounds like that. Even though it’s usually not my kind of fav sounds, I really enjoyed it! Thank you for your work 💜

@@anneclaireee some people struggle to relax when they can see moving colours when their eyes are closed so they use a blank screen! ive also seen some people say that it just helps in other ways like it helps some people not get distracted if theyre restless

Have you ever tried Vocalzone lozenges? I’m a singer and I use them alllll the time. Their whole purpose is to keep your mouth from drying out, I cannot recommend them enough! Love your videos x
