Rahul is an excellent diplomat. He has explained issues with remarkable clarity. His visits to universities, educational institutions are enlightening. His indepth knowledge on a variety of issues helped India to do better trade with foreign countries. He is a role model for coming generation diplomats. His suggestion for selecting people for postings on professional lines would be good for future recruits to foreign service. Enjoyed the interview.
It is looking more like a QNA session. Please make it more organic and humane by incorporating his life experience. I mean chatgpt too can make me aware about ,’how diplomacy contributes towards nation building’etc but it can’t tell me life experience of this diplomat.
Talk about his greatest achievements, why IFS over IAS, perks and challenges, promotion criteria(merit or proximity to political class)

Sometimes I wonder, aren't Indian Education system good enough that people need to study abroad? Foreign minister's own children studying abroad, I feel, is like a direct criticism to our education system.

Why everywhere mostly retd officers are on interviews ,present working ifs are not available or they are not suppose to give these type of interviews
