@@Tija947 I actually have come across this in a missprint and error group I follow on Facebook. A few cards from the new sets have this color error on half the Pokémon. It is a pretty big and noticeable error. They are definitely desirable but the rarity of them isn’t quite known because the set is so new. if I were you I would hold onto it for a few years. If you did want to sell I could see you getting $50 or more right now. Thanks for sharing sorry being a Vmax I’m sure you can get well over $50 probably $100 or more if you find the right buyer
I actually looked for misprints when I was 8 or 9 because I noticed them and was very intrigued by the misprints. A lot of kids my age didn’t really cate for them, so now I have a lot of misprints. Thousands of commons and such to go through. It’ll take hours probably ✌🏻🙏🏻

I remember loving error cards back when these came out, and there wasn’t a definitive list back in the day, so I would spend forever comparing each card I had. So glad I kept mine in a binder the moment I got them back on the day.

I have a LP/NM 1st Ed Haunter (holo) with an orange cigar stain. I know it’s really rare, I have yet to see any on eBay aside from the hitmonlee, or the blue ink haunter error. Curious as to how much you think a card like that is worth?
Right now I would expect a little over $1k. That’s definitely a well sought after error. I found a couple listed on eBay for 2k and 3k they sold for prices under that though. If you don’t need the money I would hold onto it
Japanese No-Rarity Cards really are the 1. Edition Japanese Base Set. I myself luckily also own 2 of them... a Kakuna and a Haunter :) They're awesome and really rare these days.
Nice collection. I'm an error collector as well. I collect more unique one offs like miscuts, texture shift, etc, but I do have some of the bigger WOTC ones. I recently found a Dragonair with the same error as the clefairy with the heart, but it has an orange heart inside of a circle.
Another big one is the cigar stain haunter and hitmonlee. I own a copy of the blue stain haunter. I know the guy who owns a Magnezone EX with a huge error as well. It has the texture of Lysanre full art printed on it instead of the Magnezone texture

i have the Blaine's Charizard uncorrected. The only reason I came across it now is cuz I decided to see what my crazy collection might be worth, and saw there was a super high corrected one and wanted to see if I had it.
What people need to understand about “errors” is that just because cards have something on them that is/isn’t supposed to be there, doesn’t make it an error. A card is ONLY an error if it was corrected. If it has the same exact card to compare it too. Like the no jungle symbol Jolteon…. You put those 2 cards side by side you can see one is corrected one isn’t. So that makes it an error card. Now if the Dark Arbok 23000 is printed with ALL the cards having the 23000 year then it isn’t an error. Although we know it’s an incorrect year, it isn’t considered an error because there aren’t any corrected versions. (Only using Dark Arbok as example, not sure if there is different versions or not)
The shadowless and first edition bulbasaur have a similar issue, yeah these are called non corrected errors and most error collectors have little interest in them, like you said it’s not in the same class as a real error that was found and corrected

I am just getting back into tgc and I pulled a full art trainer with bad alignment... I was honestly upset, thinking it would decrease the value. The alignment is so bad on this full art, that the corner has a black spot, like what was shown at the beginning of the video and when I saw that part of the video it made me so happy!

I know exactly what you are talking about 😁 that’s a cool error. It the English fossil Zapdos. They left the holo out where an evolution box would be. It’s a cool error but falls in line with the vulpix error where I believe the early release of that card are all like that. I forgot to mention that one and that’s actually one that I don’t have yet. incase of the Ancient Mew, the corrected is worth allot more then the error :P I believe no set symbol is rarer then the 1st edition holo's. You sure have allot of error cards, I have a bunch but I don't collect error cards.. I want an ink stain Haunter, but they are so pricey lol
So I heard about the corrected Mew being worth more than the error but after purchasing some online it does not seem to hold true. All the Ancient Mews I have purchased still sealed have been corrected and go for not that much. The only time I can get an error Nintedo card is by searching for the error and they have gone for a bit more. If you know of any cheaper listings let me know and I will be sure to check it out. Also I found that they have a few different versions not just error and corrected. These are based on holo pattern color and boarder size. I think I have them all once my new one comes in from the recent Japanese reprint. I believe some of these do go for more than the missprint
@@motomon9848 Sounds like you bought the reprint Ancient Mew from 2019 and not the orginal, because the corrected version is worth the most :P Nintedo is the default Japanese Ancient Mew. Yeah Ancient Mew has 5 versions. - Ancient Mew Nintedo - Ancient Mew Corrected - Ancient Mew II (the standard english one) - Ancient Mew Japanese (with the thinner boarder) - Ancient Mew 2019 A correct Ancient Mew PSA9 sold for 440$ recently
Pokemon Holo someone else mentioned that recently sold card as well. I might have to send some of mine in. Though I’m sure it will take months to get back
@@motomon9848 if copyright says 2019, it's the reprint :P Btw the Japanese Ancient Mew also says Nintendo, but it's not the corrected version. It's often mistaken as the corrected version, but the holo effect is different. The Japanse Ancient Mew looks allot like the very common English Ancient Mew it's more shiny and not sparkly

I ahve this pikachu card from evolving skies with a very noticable misprint at the very top of the card. it looks like it has very visible grooves. would you say it would be worth anything?
That would be called a crimp error. It’s a cool error to have. Not the most valuable but adds some being in a pikachu card. Couldn’t give you an exact price but would expect around $10 to $20
It sure is. I actually made a video update a few weeks ago. Sold that skull team pikachu for $700 the price of this whole collection at this time 😁 sorry I thought this was my pikachu collection video. Haven’t made an error update yet

i cant find anything on my celebrations shining magikarp miscut. It has all four corners rounded but the top yellow margin is bigger than the others. Its a holo and I got it out of the pack.
So i just opened up a evo booster box (was live on fb) and so many of the cards in the box were cut weird and then there was half square cut cards.. the whole left side. They had the black dot in the corner on bottom for lining up the cards I guess. 1 of the cards was a secret rare flying pika. Also there was a few other half square cuts but they also were missing a chunk of the card at the bottoms next to the squared corner. So basically i was wondering if I could email you and if you could help me figure out what kind of value these have and if I should get them graded and what now. Thanks
From My knowledge PSA won’t grade the square edge cards but cgc will. The pikachu sounds pretty awesome, I wouldn’t sell it for less than $30 though it might go for more.
That’s what the error community calls a crimp mark. It’s not everyone’s favorite kind of error and some just call it damaged. Depending on how big the crimp is, what card it’s on and where the crimp is located can determine any potential value. Though they usually don’t go for much more than the card without the crimp, and you need to find a crimp collector. If I were you I would hold onto it 👍🏼
Also it is caused by the crimping process to seal the pack, sometimes the cards are not positioned correctly in the pack and the crimp hits the card as well causing those marks

i have the Blaine's Charizard uncorrected. The only reason I came across it now is cuz I decided to see what my crazy collection might be worth, and saw there was a super high corrected one and wanted to see if I had it.
What people need to understand about “errors” is that just because cards have something on them that is/isn’t supposed to be there, doesn’t make it an error.
A card is ONLY an error if it was corrected. If it has the same exact card to compare it too. Like the no jungle symbol Jolteon…. You put those 2 cards side by side you can see one is corrected one isn’t. So that makes it an error card. Now if the Dark Arbok 23000 is printed with ALL the cards having the 23000 year then it isn’t an error. Although we know it’s an incorrect year, it isn’t considered an error because there aren’t any corrected versions. (Only using Dark Arbok as example, not sure if there is different versions or not)
The shadowless and first edition bulbasaur have a similar issue, yeah these are called non corrected errors and most error collectors have little interest in them, like you said it’s not in the same class as a real error that was found and corrected

I do have a Holo Venomoth missing the jungle mark, Also have an E3 yellow cheeks pickachu suppose to be red cheeks I believe
That’s awesome!! I love that E3 pikachu. The red cheeks is looked to be the error still on that one but just being an E3 pikachu makes it awesome

I am just getting back into tgc and I pulled a full art trainer with bad alignment... I was honestly upset, thinking it would decrease the value. The alignment is so bad on this full art, that the corner has a black spot, like what was shown at the beginning of the video and when I saw that part of the video it made me so happy!

I know exactly what you are talking about 😁 that’s a cool error. It the English fossil Zapdos. They left the holo out where an evolution box would be. It’s a cool error but falls in line with the vulpix error where I believe the early release of that card are all like that. I forgot to mention that one and that’s actually one that I don’t have yet. I believe no set symbol is rarer then the 1st edition holo's.

So I heard about the corrected Mew being worth more than the error but after purchasing some online it does not seem to hold true. All the Ancient Mews I have purchased still sealed have been corrected and go for not that much. The only time I can get an error Nintedo card is by searching for the error and they have gone for a bit more. If you know of any cheaper listings let me know and I will be sure to check it out. Also I found that they have a few different versions not just error and corrected. These are based on holo pattern color and boarder size. I think I have them all once my new one comes in from the recent Japanese reprint. I believe some of these do go for more than the missprint
@@motomon9848 Sounds like you bought the reprint Ancient Mew from 2019 and not the orginal, because the corrected version is worth the most :P Nintedo is the default Japanese Ancient Mew.
Yeah Ancient Mew has 5 versions.
- Ancient Mew Nintedo
- Ancient Mew Corrected
- Ancient Mew II (the standard english one)
- Ancient Mew Japanese (with the thinner boarder)
- Ancient Mew 2019
A correct Ancient Mew PSA9 sold for 440$ recently
Pokemon Holo someone else mentioned that recently sold card as well. I might have to send some of mine in. Though I’m sure it will take months to get back

@@motomon9848 if copyright says 2019, it's the reprint :P Btw the Japanese Ancient Mew also says Nintendo, but it's not the corrected version. It's often mistaken as the corrected version, but the holo effect is different. The Japanse Ancient Mew looks allot like the very common English Ancient Mew it's more shiny and not sparkly
I own a miscut pikachu 25th anniversary and only 1 corner of the card is a sqaure shape and the rest is weirdly cut so im very happy

I ahve this pikachu card from evolving skies with a very noticable misprint at the very top of the card. it looks like it has very visible grooves. would you say it would be worth anything?
That would be called a crimp error. It’s a cool error to have. Not the most valuable but adds some being in a pikachu card. Couldn’t give you an exact price but would expect around $10 to $20

i cant find anything on my celebrations shining magikarp miscut. It has all four corners rounded but the top yellow margin is bigger than the others. Its a holo and I got it out of the pack.
That’s very cool and would fall into misscut card error. Being a shiny magikarp makes it a lot more desirable than other misscuts for sure
So i just opened up a evo booster box (was live on fb) and so many of the cards in the box were cut weird and then there was half square cut cards.. the whole left side. They had the black dot in the corner on bottom for lining up the cards I guess. 1 of the cards was a secret rare flying pika. Also there was a few other half square cuts but they also were missing a chunk of the card at the bottoms next to the squared corner. So basically i was wondering if I could email you and if you could help me figure out what kind of value these have and if I should get them graded and what now. Thanks

From My knowledge PSA won’t grade the square edge cards but cgc will. The pikachu sounds pretty awesome, I wouldn’t sell it for less than $30 though it might go for more.
I have a pokemon card error out of the pack with a pressing error on the trim, looks like a track. I can’t find another one with the same error. Help.
That’s what the error community calls a crimp mark. It’s not everyone’s favorite kind of error and some just call it damaged. Depending on how big the crimp is, what card it’s on and where the crimp is located can determine any potential value. Though they usually don’t go for much more than the card without the crimp, and you need to find a crimp collector. If I were you I would hold onto it 👍🏼
Also it is caused by the crimping process to seal the pack, sometimes the cards are not positioned correctly in the pack and the crimp hits the card as well causing those marks
The blastoise ones have another error! Look at the regular non error card!
The 1 on the 100 hp looks different than on the error one!
