Any CVPI from 03+ Would have those wires in front of the radiator from the factory. However, when decommissioned, a lot of times they cut the wiring and connector off before it gets to the radiator. Check for cut wires.
@Jono CVPI the whelen flasher for the crown vic has the connector that goes right into that harness next to the horn. The only thing you need to tap into is power and a switch. Which luckily I already have ran for one of my off road bars. So this process should be pretty easy for me

Does there need to be a separate power run to that button for it to work?
Is there a connection for the taillights as well?
On my sound off signal solid state my wires are yellow blue white green red black and red/black. What is the red/black used for

My flasher works, but after installed, only have brights on right side, but flasher engaged both.......help

I have an 07 p71 and I don't see the blue and yellow wire with plug in that area. Is it different on the earlier cars?
