Hey guys….turn da power switch off by the seat….leave it off with the key out the ignition for about 25-30 mins….some times it take more den 5 to 10 mins for it to reset the lights …..thank me later
Yeah so what if it doesn't come off though? And it always comes back 20 miles down the road? No cruise control, no ABS. It happened right when the rain started coming and it was traffic in a corner + I'm about damn near flattened. Everybody. Don't be driving it whenever it's raining like that
If you have a kill switch for your batteries you can also turn that off for a few minutes and then back on, usually will clear any codes when sometimes just turning the truck off dose not.
Daimler Trucks North America, LLC has agreed to recall 218,147 model-year 2017-2023 trucks due to chemical corrosion potentially impacting brake-module operation during the use of adaptive cruise control. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Part 573 Safety Recall Report 22V-817, “On certain vehicles, chemical corrosion could affect the functionality of the brake-modulator valve, which during an Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) braking event may result in full system pressure applied to one front wheel end causing brake pull from differential in brake force. Regular service brakes are unaffected.” This could be the problem
It’s possible, I got that recall notice on that modular and had it in the shop for that change out, so it’s just a matter of time now to see if it happens again
at my company i was assigned a 2020 Freightliner Cascadia that had those exact codes on 11/8/23. except it also had an adaptive cruise fault code as well and threw a check engine light into the mix. and just got the truck today. then after cycling the key those codes went away except check engine light didn't. kind of confused
@@truckerrog ok. But now since I'm getting unloaded I got the battery turned off and been off for a good long while. I'll see if that worked whenever I'm back on the road
Try letting it sit for about 5 minutes then, if it still does it then try turn your battery power switch off for about 5 minutes, and if it still didn’t fix it, then their might be a problem somewhere
Sweet tip for the truck world I bet that will be helpful for alot of truckers.

That’s no always the case, mine it’s been one for the last 24 hrs. I only have the stability light on.
Ok something might be wrong with yours then, might want to get it checked out, probably just a sensor

That’s weird
Mine does this at random. I can be at a stop and once I let off the brake they all come on then truck tries starting off in 7th gear after.
@@organfan668 sounds like you got additional problems, might want to get it checked out
Not true
Yours is a software error
If it's actually out you need to get it serviced
How can I fix for Pete?
Since I don’t own a Pete, I could not tell ya, if disconnecting the batteries doesn’t work, then you’ll more then likely have to take it to Pete
Mine just startrf doing that today.... Any idea why?
I have absolutely no idea why it does that 🤔
@@truckerrog same... what a weird issue...
Mines Pop right back on when I start driving
You might need to get it checked out then

That’s no fix!!!
Fixed mine, I haven’t had an issue with it since
Stupid Easy Fix
The lights come on flash again😢
