Mercedes Benz SL560 Fuel Distributor EHA hidden problems exposed

I did a short video about the Fuel Distributor EHA Electro Hydraulic Actuator, where i show you one of the biggest problems this part can have, except the cracking of the plastic mold when it starts to leak.
The greatest problem with this part is pretty mutch hidden , and you will never suspect this thing, but it happens due to the age and wear, keep in mind these parts are 30, 40 years old
The adjustment plunger screw that s inside the hole it has a very little special cone shaped rubber seal , that in time is eaten by the fuel , and the values in the fuel distributor do change and the correct parameters are gone , in time having difficulties to start the engine, incorect mixture, all kind of things that we don t welcome.
All i m trying to say is that the wise thing to do is to replace them,buy a new one to eliminate these issues, of course the rest of the sistem must be in good working condition too
