I couldn't believe that sour hand around 7:35 part of the video. Still fun to see an old video pop in the feed and single deck by too. Your chip stacking/arranging skills are 💯💥
Did anyone else bust out their old deck of cards and play blackjack against yourself just to see how unfair this whole shit is? I lost my vape to myself, but got to keep my mouse as I had nothing else to wager.
Soft 13 against a dealer 3 is actually NOT a doubledown. But you actually have pretty decent luck when you deviate from basic strategy, better then I do when I slip up and go against the grain....good luck SL
Blackjack is a fantastic game to play with perfect basic strategy. Go to a near full table, wait for a new shoe (for etiquette), and play. It can be really fun and engaging if you go to bullshit with the dealer and other players. Never go to a casino expecting to win. Just hope to win and have a good time!
Not surprised it's dealt face-down. Single-deck, knowing the cards is huge. Good on them to allow you to do it face-up for the camera, especially considering it's a private table.
The dealer made an error at 13:27 that cut against you. You had a 21 on one of your split aces but she pushed your bet against her pat 20.... Always watch the dealers closely and call out any errors! (looking at it again, she also pushed your losing 18 against the 20, so maybe she is new! El Co dealers are known for being green. ;)
Great channel, great video but I would have left this table at 7:32. This dealer was absolutely brutal. Are there any $5 BJ tables at El Cortez or is $10 or $25 the minimum?
Although not advised with basic strategy, if that's how you choose to play, your odds of improving are higher through split 9's compared to the hard 18
Question: is splitting 7s against a weak dealer card right. I know splitting 8 and Aces is always. Is that a different strategy for single deck? Curious, not criticizing, I’m always looking to learn and increase my chances. Also, El Cortez is a really nice place to play, glad you’re giving them their due. I come into town and stay down the street at the Nugget, my good friend retired in Vegas, so he likes BJ, and El Cortez is great, he can play for $5 (he’s modest in his play, does it when people come to town), they treat the customers very nice. Enjoy your table games videos, thanks and Happy New Years! Hope 2020 is a lucky year for you and you continue to post these enjoyable videos. They’re whetting my whistle for my late winter boys weekend!
Thank you so much!! Happy new year! I’m not an expert, but I use Wizard of Odds for my basic strategy and try to follow as close as I can remember!! More table game videos will be coming very soon!
lol i totally understand card counting....all youre doing is flipping the house edge and the house will win 49.5 percent of the time in the long run....all im saying is in that moment she would of had some really nice hands and could of walked away with a nice win because the count was high. trust me i understand everything there is to know about card counting, bet spreads, risk of ruin, deviations, and overall the "long run" haha.
and when i say i would of been betting big, what i meant was id be betting accordingly to the count and my bet spread with my current bankroll. and if that was me sitting in that position i woulda played it much differently and been up quite a bit.
As the Wizard of Odds said you have to make an agreement on filming in advance! It's very kind that you got such an agreement at El Cortez, Slotlady. Keep up the good work.
Cheer up Sarah. I hate to see that face of the LOSER'S CLUB. We've all been there before. It is good when you know its time to stop. Unfortunately, you played a lot of SOUR HANDS today. There were times when you should have stayed or taken a card and you did the opposite. At 23:29 you had AH & 7H, the dealer was showing a 2C. You Double-Down on 18 and took a JH the dealer had 2C & 3D THEN turned 9S and 5S GIVING HER 19 and you LOSE BOTH SOUR HANDS. Study this video and understand on a Single Deck BET your MAX on the First two hands and Lowest on the remaining hands. The deck is loaded with 9's and 10's in the beginning. Better Luck next SOUR time.
Good Morning 🌞 Sarah! I've touch the Reminder on! So I can't miss it this time for sure 😂 Sarah!! Can't wait to see what happens on Black Jack Premieres Steam!! 🤔🤑😅😎👍💚🌹
I have watched a few and for the most part there is some good info, I look forward to trying the 3 card poker. My question is this her money and if it is why no tips?
@Chris Smith i can’t review the hand without the timestamp, but it’s not considered blackjack if it happens after a split. Probably what happened is that one hand lost, one hand won, therefore it was overall a push
Awesome Idea! How did you convince the Casino to do that ? Or did they even pay you for promotion? Would be great to see more Blackjack Videos in different Casinos. Good Luck, anyway
@@allcasinoaction thanks for answering! Very nice! 💙 Would be my Dream to play in Casinos and film there playing Blackjack! Thanks for the session, Sarah. If you're game, I'd love to see you try one sometime with a "no bust" strategy. Essentially, you'll never hit on a 12 or better. See how it works out vs. the usual where the player often causes herself or himself to bust. It makes most people groan about the ones they would've won, but then you never lose by busting yourself, so does it equal out? Let's see! (As always, a ridiculously hot run by the dealer can foil it, but otherwise we should see something interesting.) It's good to try it on a private table--as you tend to play--since then you have no one getting upset with you for "playing wrong" and changing their draws.
If you want to see how effective counting cards can be in single deck blackjack, play the video and keep count, you can see the advantage an experienced counter would have. Great video, btw.
I play this game a lot at my local casino and if i hit a losing streak i open an extra box so i play three boxes for a couple of hands then drop it back to 2 boxes just to mix the cards up a bit. Try it next time and see if you win.
why she didn't pay you double when you got blackjack 8.43. how do I tag the time! haha btw. I love your voice when making a bet sound cute and cool @slotlady
You're just not allowed to. If you turn your hand over and they see that you busted but didn't show it, they'll tell you not to do it. I imagine if you did it multiple times you'd be asked to stop playing.
I Love your way of thinking and playing Sarah. I know it's not easy at all. It's been too long for me playing real cards. Justed videos poker sometimes. Keep up the good work and dedication Sarah. 😉😎👍
Single deck has one deck in the shoe, double deck has two. The odds are better for single deck, but it’s usually dealt facedown and there may be differing rules about splits/doubles! You’d have to ask for the house rules for the casinos you play at!
Have you ever done the raising the bet each losing hand method to minimize losses? Lose a hand, bet double the next. Lose that one, bet triple the next. When you win a hand, all the losses are returned; however, it could also be catastrophic if there's a long losing streak--after three losses, you'd be betting 6x on the fourth hand, so probably best not to go over three losing hands before reverting to your original bet. Given your usual bet, you'd need a table that allows a bet up to $75. It would make for an interesting video.
I like watching your pay ! Question some of you calls but , I farm for a living , I could never buy in for $1000 on a table , but then I'll put in $60k on input cost on the farm betting I'll get a crop with no insurance , ps lost more than i want ti admit in the last 40 years Franklin
I couldn't believe that sour hand around 7:35 part of the video. Still fun to see an old video pop in the feed and single deck by too. Your chip stacking/arranging skills are 💯💥
God that hand with the double split 7s where the dealer ripped a 21 was just brutal.

Except when it dosn't and even with basic you still loose every hand
13:31 you won the 1st hand of the split on the AA split. The dealer slapped the table as if you pushed, but you won that hand, and lost the 2nd.
is there a camera or does the black holder ready the cards and indicate it is a blackjack
It’s a mirror!
How many players can sit at a single desk black jack table?
I’m not exactly sure, but maybe 6?
Not surprised it's dealt face-down. Single-deck, knowing the cards is huge. Good on them to allow you to do it face-up for the camera, especially considering it's a private table.
How many hands can play out before a shuffle must be done? I was literally just practicing playing one deck blackjack in my room.
Tomorrow I get to go to a place called West Wendover Nevada. They have like twenty single deck 3:2 Blackjack tables in each of the 5 casinos there.
Sounds like fun! Good luck!
The dealer made an error at 13:27 that cut against you. You had a 21 on one of your split aces but she pushed your bet against her pat 20.... Always watch the dealers closely and call out any errors! @@allcasinoaction Oh, I see! Not how dealers typically handle that situation so it threw me off! Great stream!
Can you get through nearly the full deck before the dealer shuffles?
I’m not sure! You’d have to call and ask what the deck penetration is!
@@allcasinoaction Thank you. But they don't continuously shuffle it, I take it. Isn't single deck pretty rare?
I would have gone to one hand in order to get the dealer's hand a few times. Also it can change up the deal sometimes.
why at 13:33 did it push that is a 21 vs a 20? should of paid right?
The other hand was a losing hand, so she just pushed between the two hands! I hope that helps!
I was waiting for this
9v2 is just a hit, for the very reason the 2 is such a wild card
By the 18 minute mark, I would have lost my composure! Those hands were insane! I love how you kept your cool! Love your action!

Great channel, great video but I would have left this table at 7:32. This dealer was absolutely brutal. Are there any $5 BJ tables at El Cortez or is $10 or $25 the minimum?
The double-deck is $5 minimum I believe! Not sure about single-deck!
Two blackjacks in a row ! Congartulations !!! 🎊🎊🤗🎊
P.s: never see something like this! 😂😂
At 13:30 she signals that your AK is a push to her QQ...how is that so?
Nevermind, I see what she did there. She got you on the other part of your split and just left you the 25 :)
You can tell the games are real cuz that's how a dealer REALLY deals
Never ever split 9s when the dealer is showing a Ace or picture card. Good luck.
Although not advised with basic strategy, if that's how you choose to play, your odds of improving are higher through split 9's compared to the hard 18
