I like to dip little sunflower heads in a batter of water and flour and deep fry it. Its delicious and has the taste of sweet corn. Good job!

I just baked one tonight. Would eat them if I was literally starving. Otherwise no. The flesh beneath the seeds is delicious but the seeds were still pretty fibrous except for the center.
