Just a side note: you can fit Ferro-Fibrous on top of Endo-Steel, put all the ammo on the right side, and shave completely the left arm. STD 320, and 1x JJ (2x is not worth it imo) - faster, cooler.
That 1st match was like your own personal Alamo.

I've been running almost this exact build in Quickplay ever since the last major patch gave me my Platinum SR and it's always fun, even if the rest of the team crumples. The overhead firing position is especially nice when you can fire from behind cover and the HAGs are really good at removing enemy limbs.

Do they really say that? I mean the engagement for HAGs is over 900 meters... Yeah it's not pinpoint but no other weapon system can sling that much damage down range that accurately.
@@Daeon108 They do, on account of the burst duration making it non-pinpoint; the thought is that HAGs are currently strongest at midrange. That might even be *true* but at midrange there's so many more weapons systems that can answer HAGs, but at long range *nothing else* can match the alpha output of a HAG machine.
Hags are suppression weapons
I think 1t of jump jets or ammo into 1 heatsink goes a very long way here

Theoretically you can fit 4 hag30s in the SR4 with -12.5heat and 15% velocity, I have no more money to spend on mechs this year though :(
the arm mounts on the SR are kinda bad tho.
The point of having quad gauss in the torso is perfect mounts.

Did you know that you can actually have more than two gauss on one wpg?
Only two will charge, but if you let go of the trigger and fire the two that are charged, then immediately hit the trigger again, it will charge the next two and you let go and they fire, and the cycle repeats... no GH.
True. Funnily enough it does not work with Chainfire

If you want to snipe, you need to constantly change positions. Don't let an entire team lock onto your position.
How can you shoot light and med mechs I just lean them a little more

why not 2 hag40, same damage and can shoot it simultaneously with ghost heat but it better then shoot 2 and 2

Takes less space
Less cooldown, less projectiles, less heat(need to check on that last one)
Hags need more buffs.

You can snipe, but your teammates don't have that advantage and they stuck with you. That's why you lost
Ah, a stone rhino cosplaying as an ultra smurf. Sorry SR, the Atlas does it better. Epic matches though, even if they didn't pan out.
