At this point, Rule Britannia sounds far better as the British Anthem. If they don't want to replace God save the King, might as well just follow the rest of the Commonwealth on making it their Royal Anthem.
They could make it the National anthem but make the previous anthem to a Royal Anthem, for when the Monarch is present yea
@@raynierjob8488 that was pretty much what "god save the king/queen" was. It was only adopted as the national anthem as the English didn't really have anything better at the time.
Also notice how ALOT of old nations that don't exist anymore use the melody

The problem with replacing God Save The King is that England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland will never agree to what the new common anthem will be, at least so long as separatists hold the majority of their governments. So God Save The King is probably going to remain as the national anthem for a long long time, even if there's desire for a change.

It's at the end of WW1. Britain controlled those parts of Russia during their civil war, occupied Turkiye after the Ottomans surrendered, the Asian part you see is their occupied territory in China, and the Iran part is also from WW1.

To split Iran for turkey only Thrace and Istanbul/Constantinople was temporarily occupied
