A few tips: - On your HUD where it says Comfort, you're driving in comfort mode. If you switch to Sport you'll have more power (for hill climbing, for example) - The front ramps for the car carrier are an upgrade you buy, so you can only get them on a trailer you own. Edit: hey, you got it :D - Cargo damage starts a 0% (well, sometimes they spawn and take a bit, but close to 0%). Because the two cars were touching each other, they ground against each other in transit and both were 100% damaged by the time you delivered. The tanker was 18% because it was well strapped, just took some bumps loading/unloading. Safety bonus is up to 150% of the base value of the delivery, and it drops off fast (50% at like 10% cargo damage). So for example the 5k delivery has up to 7.5k safety bonus, for a max total value of 12.5k. And I saw those mil crate deliveries. A good way to make money :D Also, paint you trailer yellow. you're cheesing it, it deserves it ;)
Any truck with a flat bed is a tow truck when you have a trailer with adjustable ramps. Drive the vehicle onto the trailer, raise the ramps, back up the "tow truck", lower the ramps onto it and drive the vehicle up. Now, your next challenge, load a car onto the tilt tray tow truck (aka rollback in the USA), then use your trailer to load that onto a flatbed truck. Then use your trailer to load that onto a flatbed trailer, then load that onto your trailer. Bonus points if you load the flatbed trailer onto another flatbed trailer before loading it onto your trailer.
You got body damage on the two trucks that were smashed up against each other because they were smashed up against each other the entire ride and presumably banged into each other a bunch.
Can say from experience you can fit 3 cars on the semi trailer without owning it, but you have to use the roll back to put a car on the upper deck at the front of the trailer without damaging it
Considering that it looks like the speed limit is 70mph (110kph), Im pretty sure in the real world no one would put up a stop sign. As for game logic... who knows
Though you aren't wide on a straightaway, you are wide on a curve. warning lights, flags (additional flags for lowered ramp), and oversized signage would be important, and possibly a pilot car to warn oncoming traffic that you could occupy part of their lane on a curve or turn would be necessary.
that was not a turn at all you jack knifed your rig (thats bad), you basically crashed your rig. if you want to make big money get a dry box (that a normal trailer) and take the cheese pallets up the mountain and just do that over and over it gives you around 20k per trip. love your content keep it up
Just stated playing this game a few days ago. Thought I would check out some vids. Initially I was on the fence even trying it because of the graphics but I have gone on 10 hrs straight runs. It is quite an addicting game once u really get into it. The psychics are pretty good, too. I don't like that I can't configure my wheel or controller to do all the driving tho. Fun video tho
Hey Dapper. It's not really "impressive" until you hook up a second truck with it's own trailer full of vehicles, or even a third one. That's when it gets really cool... and hard to move... 😅🤣
Quick answer, you can "chain" as many trucks with trailers as you want. The max your max upgraded truck can pull is 3, barely. No idea about the stock truck you have though. I'm looking forward to seeing it in a future video.
I love doing this kind of ridiculousness in Snowrunner, and hope like crazy the game doesn't glitch and that my truck doesn't tip and ruin my masterpiece of stacking.
You buy ramps from sop, You can put 2 big maybe 3 smaller i done it with dump trucks and such to get the garage made. Saves trips/time upto a point.Using company works better for me when it comes to the garage. It work with small car on back of the tow truck then tow truck on the trailer
No, if you had no body damage, that'd be a + like for the previous truck. That truck had 100% damage, and the body was completely destroyed. That's why it only paid the base 5k for delivering it there, and keeping the rest of the money for repairs.
3:30 In the U.S., you are not required to stop at a stop line if there is no stop sign or traffic signal present. The stop line is intended to indicate where to stop when there is a stop sign or traffic signal. If neither is present, the stop line does not require you to stop.
There is also the law of yielding to oncoming traffic, when proceeding into the intersection if you feel that you can not do so safely. You must yield to allow traffic to pass so you can enter the roadway safely. Just pulling out into traffic is not an excuse when there is no signal or stop sign. So the stop line could be taken into consideration of where to stop while yielding for traffic.
Even in the U.S. you'd have needed an "OVERSIZE LOAD" banner and _maybe_ a leading and following escort car. Unsure if Overheight is a thing in the U.S. but being too wide, or too long you'd have to be marked as Oversized Load
I tried this and honestly.... I hated it. Refund pending. The driving was clunky and awful-feeling in my opinion. I don't know if I was doing anything wrong. Generally, I LOVE driving in games, but not this one. NPC cars keep crashing into me, the cars oversteer or understeer all the time, I got stuck at least once. For a game all about driving, I expected the driving part to be fun. I was really disappointed, it felt really incomplete. Hopefully it gets better, maybe I'll re-purchase.

Sport mode for life. It also changes steering speeds.

Imagine if this was set in Australia and he was trying to drive a road train 😂
and upside down too!
Come now, can't be scratching the rollback up before it goes into service! 😂 as interesting and amusing is always

SUBSCRIBED! I want more of that! The game mechanics are amazing!! You're like reading my thoughts in your troubleshooting process. 😅👌

4:43 It's still called a unimog 😂

13:37 it looks like that truck only needed to be driven round the corner

wow thx dapper with your help i got my CDL
kAN will lose his mind when he finds out you’re not broke anymore 🤣

And from what I remember. Double-deckers aren't even planned, sadly.
this doesn't seems to be hide and seek
😂
It would be good if they added a winch to the car carrier trailer

Next video, add one more truck with a trailer to the back.

10:10 OOOOHHHH I didnt know. thanks man!
Haha... well... you don't need to install the 2nd ramps if you have a big heavy vehicle that can just drive up with a bit of a running start.
Nice trucking :)

Can we get a Motor Town video like this again? Maybe every 3 weeks or whichever?

I always go around the long way around the island if I’m hauling cargo. The hills are just not worth it.
Nice
If this was real and a DOT saw you he'd say jackpot and laugh 😃

This will vary by state and municipality. Check local laws as necessary.

Day 1 of asking dapper to play snowrunner
Oversized load… aka my wife 😮😂
Hey Daapper, video idea, try wide loads
@Dapper personally speaking i would have backed my trailer in so i would have been in position to offload and pull the truck back out.
Man love his words... Anyway, I don't know!
Lol honestly you’re driving isn’t that bad. That’s how a bunch of drivers drive in pa
You have a truck carrying truck carrying a truck carrying truck carrying a tanker truck.
I was so hoping for hide and seek with that huge load. 🙁 i am dissapointed.
It would have been concidered a load with overheight, overleingth and overweight (at least in middle european standards)
Even in the U.S. you'd have needed an "OVERSIZE LOAD" banner and _maybe_ a leading and following escort car.
Unsure if Overheight is a thing in the U.S. but being too wide, or too long you'd have to be marked as Oversized Load
I do that every day
Hi
Are you Romanian by chance?
There was a way to get all of the trucks on there
Hey dapper have you played need for speed rivals
Gyatt
Can I be a marble
Gyat
I would be nice if this came to console
