    I’m a bit confused. So the machine stops working when the tank is full…but the app doesn’t tell you the tank is full (despite it possibly needing to be emptied every day). Surely notification of the tank being full would be THE most useful function over Wi-Fi??!!
    Would I at least be able to guess the tank is full based on it not functioning any more??

      The app doesn't get any notifications from the machine about the tank. The machine will just stop working when the tank is full. I agree it would be great if we can get any sort of notification about the water tank level.

      @@QuickTipsTo in theory if I go to the app the machine doesn’t respond to being switched on - that would tell the effectively that the tank is full?

      Yes i've just tested it. So you can still turn it on and off on the app However the machine will not operate until you empty the water. Also the machine will display a tank full alarm.

    Ignore the flashing light and reset bit Just click yes I see the flashing light step on the app and it will connect to wifi 👍

    After target humidity is achieved, when does it kick back in again? I.e. I set it to 60% and it shuts off, what percentage does it need to hit before it starts again?

    I was about to hit "buy now" until I realised it does not have a "tank full" indicator in the app!

    They seam to have updated the app....as it now has a different appearance. Most of the functions are the same....but it doesn't have a schedule button.

    Doesn't work. Took a long time to get another appliance working with a different app and turned out it was the password that was causing problems. Didn't need to disable 5ghz, which it said I needed to and I see this again here. I knew this wouldn't have an affect. Maybe I need to shorten the password (again).

    Just bought this dehumidifier and cannot get it to connect to wifi. Theres no flashing light, dont know which button to use to get the flashing light. Please help. X

      Mine doesn't have flashing light either. Just follow the steps in the video and make sure your wifi supports 2.4 Ghz

    I have old electriQ CD20PRO-LE from 2017 and can't connect with this app! Is it wifi type B G or N in this device? Please help!

      Yes it is. I had long time ago older app which work fine in cloud with this device @@QuickTipsTo

      It has got WIFI 2.4Ghz built in. But can't find proper info about wifi version e.g. B G or N ? WPA or WPA2 protection@@QuickTipsTo

      i don't know the wifi version but you can use the user manual to try and set it up. You can download the user manual from the below link.

    Hello Mate
    I just bought (2nd hand) same product.
    Iinstructions but it doesn't give me any option to run more then an hour .so each time when I click on it it shows only 01 hour. Doesn't give me more than an hour option each time when I press it.
    Any suggestions please?

      You click the arrow buttons to add time when "1" is shown

    If a dehumidier has already been registered with the old IQSmart app, how do I de-register the device?

      Im trying the same. Have you found out? I hear the 3 beeps but nothing happens and the old app doesn't work anymore

    On smart mode after few minutes it goes on hibernation mode and even when the humidity goes up it doesn’t start

      With Smart mode the humidifier will aim to reach 50-55%. Does it hibernate when the humidity is more than 55%?

    My dehumidifier will turn off with the the schedule but won’t turn on ?
    Any ideas as to why it won’t turn on using the schedule ?

      I don't know. It might be an issue with the app try to remove your dehumidifier from the app and re-add it again then try.

      According to the manual you will need 2.4 GHZ wifi. I won't work with 5GHZ

      No, if you are on Virgin then change your Wifi so you have access to both 2.4GHz and 5GHz. Then you can connect

    When I turn dehumidifier on, there is no rapidly blinking indicator and as a result, it does not register in cloud? Any ideas?

      Mine didn't have the blinking indicator just follow the same steps in the video.

      @@QuickTipsTo I think you need to press and hold the Mode button the dehumidifier until you hear 3 beeps before you can pair the unit to your Wi-Fi
