You should look into knitting looms, they are just plastic looms you can purchase at Michaels or Hobby Lobby. I think I got mine at Hobby Lobby, but essentially you just have yarn, the loom, hook that comes with the kit and you will need a crochet hook to tuck in loose yarn at the end. It’s super easy and you could make a beanie in a few hours to a day and a scarf in two days if you’re committed to it. You’re essentially just following a weaving pattern is how I would describe it. If you wanted to make skinny scarfs you could use just one roll of yarn. I recently got sherpa yarn on sale after Christmas and have been making neutral-color fuzzy scarfs. They also have many different looms to choose from and are versatile for making items.

I’m 24 years old and I just recently had a colonoscopy done. It looks in-depth of your large intestines. The only thing that sucks was the prep work. No pain after from what I’ve experienced. I think as long as you are comfortable with the GI doctor that will be doing the procedure it helps. Definitely an invasive procedure but they could find things that could be leading to stomach pain
