I have never had an issue with 9mm Hollow Points in any of my AR 9's. I specifically use Speer Gold Dot 124 GR JHP.

Nope those are NOT the hardest feeding rounds for an AR9. Try my Speer Gold Dot G3 147 grain hollowpoint duty rounds with clear polymer insert, kinda like a Hornady. I can't get my AR9 with Spike's Tactical ST9G lower & upper on Macon Armory modified feedcone Faxon 10" barrel to feed those damn things. Rudy at Macon says those Spike's lowers have an issue of the magazine well not letting the Glock mags sit high enough in the magwell to let those rounds chamber.
But round nose 9mm ammo? It'll gobble up those all day every day. Unfortunately, I have to pay for 9mm ball/round nose ammo if I want any, while I can get these Speers for free at times...🙁
