HOW TO MAKE SIMPOL FRIED DONUTS
Join #ChefTatung as he shares an easy and #Simpol recipe for #FriedDonuts!
Want a fun activity to do with the little kids? Plan an afternoon of cooking with your future chefs by making these cute donuts! Kids and kids-at-heart will surely love these! Go ahead and play around with the coating. Aside from the usual sugar, try using cinnamon, powdered milk, or melted chocolate. So fun! Let’s start cooking #SimpolFriedDonuts!🍩
INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour
1 cup evaporated milk
1 tablespoon vinegar
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup water
For the coating:
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
4 tablespoons powdered milk
1/2 cup melted chocolate
Kusina Tips
1. Let your dough rest for 15 minutes to 1 hour before frying.
2. Try adding 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg for additional flavor.

After watching the video with my 8 year old boy. Ginawa na namin agad. Ang sarap po, lalo na pag mainit init pa. White sugar lang meron namin for coating but still panalo! Thank you.
