DIY foam prop pistols for my Red Hood cosplay

I use 5,3,2 mm EVA craft foam, contact cement, superglue, and an airbrush to make these prop pistols.

These are great! I was thinking of doing this cosplay, but I want to add a variation of Batman’s gauntlets to it. Maybe a thinner version with shorter, perhaps wider blades (2 instead of 3). Just a thought.

If you still have them Josh, would you consider selling the pistol and knife patterns on Etsy? Heck I'd even buy the Spats patterns as well.
The Cosplay Noob J you know all three are kinda small to sell individually, but maybe I could put all 3 together into a "red hood accessories pattern set" that consists of all 3? Let me look around my home and I will work on this.

I don't think I have a heat gun, would a blow dryer work? Btw thank you for this! it'll help a lot for my death the kid cosplay!
Yes for a project like this the hair dryer will work, it just takes a little longer to get the foam hot. The heat gun is faster and only really truly necessary for extreme foam tweaks and reshaping like putting eyebrow or cheekbone shapes into the flat surfaces of a mask shell. Ok so I got home and found the packaging. 1/4 inch is the largest size in the package, it was the next size down. I posted a picture of the packaging on the Facebook page. I can't believe I still have it lol
