A law is only ink on paper unless it is enforced and lawbreakers are prosecuted and sentenced. This is a HUGE victory!! A case that would normally be ignored by the news cycle. Thank you for covering this.
The problem is is that there are many numerous chemicals in production now in industry that have never even been categorized or qualified as dangerous or not. One good example of it is nf3 which is 17,000 times as damaging to the environment and the atmosphere as CO2 it's understandable why corporations wouldn't want regulation of these chemicals but that's a bad situation.

This has been the best and most legitimate Supreme Court in my lifetime. They are righting so many wrongs that were put in place by past activist courts. With this court, Trump in the White House and Republican majorities in both houses, we can finally make America America again!
