For your information, Haiku is NOT a Linux distro. Haiku started as a clone of Beos, but it matured. Haiku is not using a Linux kernel. Don't switch elemantry for Deepin. Deepin uses the apt install managment, but Deepin is not really Debian based anymore. First Deepin is an immutable Linux Distro. But Deepin is now using it,s Linglong to give you software. Linglong is yet another form of snaps our flatpaks. It does not support flatpak out of the box and implementing and using flatpak on deepin is not new user friendly (IMO). Choose a Linux distro that is well documented and where you can find easy help on the internet. Most of your friends do not use Linux.
By the way, Deepin is not a fully immutable distribution, but the developers are working on adding more immutable features. My biggest issue with Deepin (not Deepin desktop) is that the package manager GUI is FILLED with useless apps that I'm not 100% certain can be trusted. Deepin Desktop, on the other hand, is a different story.
Great video, really informative and entertaining 👍
Rush and Linux? How have I never heard of this channel before?
The best band to have ever existed and the best operating system on the market!

@@Hamradiofromabalcony-fw6xe you are correct. I just couldn't think of a Linux distro that started with
@@Hamradiofromabalcony-fw6xe And I do agree about Deepin. I'm not too keen on the changes they've made over the past few years.

I somewhat like Haiku, but it gives me too much problems at this time. I'm waiting for it just work. But I am interested in the evolution of Haiku!
