We looked at both and also considered part of the front range of Colorado. Ultimately we decided on the Boise area. Being a non LDS business owner was a big part of the decision. After enquiring to multiple sources, I was not comfortable with a Utah move. Even though we love the beauty and outdoor activities. Also the number of non LDS churches is better in the Boise area. Great video! We watched both of your videos in the process!
You should ALWAYS lock your door. Doesn't matter if you're in a safe area, there are still people who drink, and stumble into the wrong place. I live in Boise and have had that happen before. Especially if you have a family, not locking your door when people are home is irresponsible.

Boise is a nice balance of all the good things.
