chocolate cake bottom
2 teaspoon espresso instant coffee
270 gram sugar
4 whole eggs
4 teaspoon vanilla sugar
60 gram melted salted butter
50 gram canola oil
180 gram flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
40 gram cocoa powder
For ganache decoration
200 gram chocolate
100 gram 40% hot whipped cream
pre heated oven 160°C (320°F) for 25 min
Filling:
6 gelatin sheets (or 10 gram gelatin powder)
150 g sweet condensed milk
300 gram cream cheese
300 gram whipped cream
2 tablespoon sugar
6 teaspoon lemon juice
100 gram hot whipped cream for the gelatin
