Ms. Jan, if you changed the oil in the lawn mower, you could change the oil in a vehicle. It's all the same just little bigger engine and more oil .LOL

@@papawsplace I sent him the link and offered to come over and help his son Mark do what's needed, the boy has just turned 16 and it would be good for him to learn, the more he can do the less he needs to pay someone else.
Good video on changing the oil. I learned not to put on that filter too tight over 40+ years ago the hard way. I was worried about it leaking and pt it on with a oil filter wrench... About ripped the filter apart to remove it. Never did that again. :) I had to run a long screwdriver through the filter to remove it. I have a hard time trusting others to change my oil too. We bought all our cars and my truck used but the truck and one car we got a dealer and if we let them change the oil then it keeps lifetime powertrain warranty on them. So I let those go to the dealers. Mine and the other cars I either do it or take it to a mechanic that is a friend of ours and a deacon at our church and let him do it. No way will I go to those changing places or walmart ...etc.
I agree Mr. Gary, them places hire folks that not only don't know any better, they also can care less.
