When I bought this Album and put it on my turntable, I was immediately blown away! Water Grave - Wow! Satisfaction Guaranteed!!! Even More Wow!! Blessed Be His Holy Name, shalom from Haifa, Israel.
Grew up listening to this album. Fast forward, and I go back with my own family to the little Baptist church I grew up in in Hawaii, and find out the imperials retired in Hawaii and were performing that day at our old church, crazy.
I have loved the Imperials since I saw them live when I was a very little girl in 1972 at the Miami Convention Center, Miami, FL. My mother bought the album and we played it over and over for years. Love you guys!
Great singing, although I think that their mics could have been adjusted so that the volume of each singer was coordinated better. The lead singer's volume was way too low, especially when everyone was singing together. Anyway, still a great song!
