South Coast artist's retreat and conservation site provide refuge from urban encroachment

Max Dingle's South Coast conservation agreement is home to centuries old bloodwoods, magnificent native orchids and favourite Australian birds and animals, including gliders, glossy black cockatoos and Pygmy Eastern possums. It's also where Max draws inspiration for the metalwork sculptures that are his art. Both the sculptures, and the agreement site, are his gift to future generations, and his happy place.
