This is fucking sweet. I am sorry that my German skills are not up to scratch. Yes, I know it's lingocentric but can we please have English subtitles? I love both the UK and this German new iterations of Spitting Image, but I still think the original ones with Thatcha were even better, precisely because they were more intellectual and based on the dialogue rather than slap stick oriented. These new ones are extremely good too though!!
the auto ones on youtube don't help so much. I think it might have something to do with Germany figuring out some coalition government in their version of Parliament. And I think one of the more right leaning potential leaders is talking to Hitler and trying to get some advice on how to succeed. But there's some kind of conflict between the generation with the female candidate not being as right wing as Hitler would like or something. And i think they said something about the Green Party. unfortunately I don't speak German, I'm afraid I can't be of better help. :(

Unfortunately, I can’t understand spoken German at all, so I’m just sitting here and nodding like I know what they’re talking about. The subtitles seem a little sketchy too, and the English translated subtitles don’t really make any sense.
