In keeping with the lift and off-road theme, I would either paint it satin army green or satin smokey brown. Or, do a brown/black/green camouflage paint job on it.

I have an 07 5 speed that I daily commute with. I am very tempted to follow your example. How is the fuel economy for you? Have you seen any excessive wear on the CV joints and axles from the change in geometry?
that trim is there to deflect other people's car doors and runaway objects.

use fishing line to remove the side trim and 3m,if your carefull in removing shouldn't leave any adhesive foam backer behind.

Did you have any cv axle problems once you put on the lift? I put on a 40mm lift on mine Corolla and now I’m having my axles popping and grinding.

Yeah, I don't show the car much. Mostly because we have not been able to attend the Gambler 500 for past 2 years with border closure.
@@DirtGarage and whenever the border does open, there is no way of 'proving' we are vax'd, and it's gonna be a fight between Civil Liberty groups vs Govt vs public opinion (gong show)
A couple of the provinces have stated they WILL NOT issue proof, and are leaving to federal parliament.
Last I read was Fed Govt are working with the airline industry and use their passport system.
Use fishing line to get trim off the sides they also make a eraser wheel for a drill to remove the 3m tape with out hurting the paint. I just watch 6 months worth of your videos I like the 3.4 swap stuff
Should really do a DIY headlight restoration on those cloudy headlight housings. Would make a big difference on headlight brightness and visibility.
Bright orange, should be set for Saskatchewan hunting season.

@@DirtGarage OH man! I was there in 2016-2019 in a Geo metro with a 4 inch lift and a black Italian style race car inspired paint job. It's name was Dingus haha. It had 26 inch UTV tires. It was a sweet ride! I did talk to a bunch of people from Canada in 2019. It seemed like about half the people I net that year were from Canada.

Bright colours would look good--- but Toyota has that really slick looking pale blue colour they are putting on on their new vehicles.
