Can I plug in a bass guitar without damaging the speakers?
Hello, I'm a musician/comedy trubadour, I perform with one vocal mike and an acoustic guitar but I'm also thinkiong of some posibilities of introducing MP3/Ipad in the future, I'm thinking of picking this up because of the simplicity of rigging up the entire sound system and dialing up a sound myself, but at some of my venues im certain this single speaker isn't enough, I want to be able to plugg this one into atleast 2 active speakers to help fill the venue, and use this B205D as a "mixerboar" for the other spoeakers, is this possible in any way? i looked at the pictures on the back of B205D and it looks like it only has one OUT, is there a way to achieve what i want out of this speaker?
Yes this will work for what you are asking! The Thru output on the back of the B205D allows you to pass signals to another powered speaker. Most powered speakers will include an additional XLR thru/output so you can essentially feed as many additional speakers you want as long as you are feeding signal to another powered speaker.
