Yeah but it is better to follow the instructions and apply it on dry hair for a better detangling session! I have done both and have really seen the difference

Hi Bubs! I've personally reviewed the line myself and the pre-poo is my favorite thing from African Pride to date! However, I've used it on dry hair, with products and had no issues. You don't need water necessarily but try getting the dead hair out by smoothing down the strands before brushing, brush, smooth out dead hair after and then twist and move on. It helps me a lot 😊😊 P.S. Love your video reviews from Jersey 💕

I love this line. I like every product except the chocolate conditioner. I've repurchased everything else in this line multiple times.
I totally agree!
The chocolate conditioner doesn't have much slip and you need to use alot but my hair felt restored and soft. I was soo happy because I had been battling with very dry hair. My hair retained moisture for 7days without any touch up, unbelievable!

I haven’t tried the shampoo/pre poo/ or spray leave in mainly because of some of the things u said.... my hair is thicker so i preferred the whipped leave in cream they have and i have soooo many shampoos so i was taking my time to get the shampoo but now that u said it’s very hydrating i May have to go get it ASAP 😂 thanks girl 🤜🏾🤛🏾

I never tried out that line before I'm going to stick to use an African best textures line because My Curly hair love natural hair products that contain coconut oil and Shea butter 💁🏾♂️💁🏾♂️

Your hair is cute...great definition! So I went against my better judgement (my hair takes better to cream rather than a spray) and tried the leave in spray...haven't used it since I tried it. But the leave in cream and curling cream...keeps those 2 in rotation. The shampoo and conditioner was ok but I kept them. Another great review!

How do you feel about pre-poos? Do you think it's beneficial for detangleing or can you get away with just using conditioner?
i think you can just use a conditioner to do the same job, just make sure the conditioner has a lot of slip. prepoos are mostly for marketing.
I gave these products another try. The prepoo 10/10. The shampoo I give a 8/10. The conditioner a 7/10. The leave in cream a 5/10. Hair be dry as heck the next day. The leave in spray 4/10. The oil 8/10. The curling cream 5/10.
These products suck. Creme of nature is awesome tho
