How does the plate compare to some of the original Nike Ja Fly spikes? It looks like a similar concept to what was used back in the day for those (also called the powercats). I have the Prime SP 1, and they have the stiffest plastic plate I've ever come across. This is really similar to that?
hello i would say the plate is quite similar to the original ja fly but stiffer. However it is not stiffer then the prime sp 1 that is probably one of the stiffest plates ever
@@francis6249 Thanks. Just ordered a pair. I loved the original Ja Fly. I am currently running in the Ja Fly 4, which is a good shoe. It’s not all that stiff though
Hey Francis, thanks a lot for the video ! I am hesitating betwen buying the Puma Tokyo Brush 4, and the Puma evoSPEED Tokyo Future FASTER+ 2 as they are around the same price. I am focusing on my starts and mainly do 30m - 100m. What are your thoughts on this ? All the best !
Hello thanks for your support. I think it depends if you want a stiff plate that would be the tokyo brush 4 but the future faster 2 is way more stiffer it might be too stiff for you. If you could try them on it would be recommened. I think for me the future faster 2 would be better as i have the tokyo brush 4 and the plate is shaped weirdly and can be uncomfortable
Hey man nice video I would realy want to ask you to make a video in which you try to bend the spike plate and give feedback on the stiffness in comparison to other spikes
@@francis6249 there is! You can put your hands on both ends of the spike plate and push and try to bend the spike plate. Don't worry it won't damage the spike.
@@Ohelloabhi ill look into it and see what video i can make i dont have any fancy cameras or editing program i have a basic one ill try next couple weeeks to make a video on it
after me i dont like fuelcell as its too narrow for me and hurts my toes as i run. the tokyo brush are better for wide feet but the fuelcells have more bounce for sure becauelse of there carbon fiber plate
Hello sir, if I want to buy Puma evoSPEED TOKYO BRUSH SP or Adidas Adizero Finesse or Nike Ja Fly 4 or Under Armor SpeedForm® Sprint Pro 2, which one will be a better choice?
i have a pair of finesse and i dont like it at all no heel lockdown the plates ok but i dont have enough support throughout the shoe and the heels are not locked in the shoe its very short the heel area i had mine come off running doing starts. The puma plate is way tougher then the finesse.
Bro I am going to buy new spikes. Traditional. Which one do you think is better Puma evospeed electric or Tokyo brush? I was going for Tokyo future but i train on a dirt track

@@Ohelloabhi its true to size. its stoffer then the electric by alot
@@francis6249 that's great 👍. But i really want a stiff plate. Do you have any suggestions? Even electric?
@@Ohelloabhi i do prime sp 1 or tokyo brush seem to be the stiffest plate ive tried that or superfly elite 2
