A great video as always. I speak Spanish (native), but I'm still learning English and Japanese, because for college I need to learn those languages. Sometimes it's very difficult, but I try to remember and relate vocabulary from English to Japanese, for example the word "Orange" and 「オレンジ」and so I can remember both.

I want my own ipad but I have my lenovo tablet . I am happy with it !! Price of ipad air 3 ??
Definitely start by learning Hiragana and Katakana first, then move on to Kanji. With Kanji find out what fits you. Many eg use the Heisig method (kanji koohii is a site that follows this approach and it's free!), though it wasn't for me
Cure Dolly here on UA-cam has a free online course for grammar. I highly recommend it! Nobody explains grammar as well as they do imo
Spend a lot of time with the language itself. Listen to videos in Japanese even if you don't understand much yet. Read a lot as well! Like children's stories online or slice of life manga, bilingualmanga.com has some like Polar Bear Cafe
