You asked for feedback. Sounds like a great plan, with one possible exception. Chairs? You wanted to add chairs to enjoy the plants in the middle of the building? Have you run that by your plants? ;-) Will they permit you to sit down ;-) for even two minutes or will they torment you as my plants do: I need a haircut, please prune me. I'm thirsty, please water me. I'm full of beetle bites, please chase them away. I'm running low on energy, please feed me. Through decades of gardening I don't think I've ever had the luxury of any horizontal surface to rest my laurels; the plants always push me to my feet.

Be careful with your internet modem. I had some plants growing in a windowsill and the plants growing next to the modem died. The ones a little farther away were certainly not thriving, even though the conditions were appropriate.
Oh nice to see how your hot house started off, I saw it in a video but thought it was like a small conservatory room on the side of your house. I’m making my way through some of your videos but in a bit of a muddled order 😆 Great channel, love all the different plants

Happy New Year ! As far as heating goes, it seems a very good solution to the problem- I just wondered if you’ve got out your wonderful light meter to test the light levels in the ‘office’ as compared to the greenhouse as I’d be inclined to think the levels would be considerably lower due to only really having windows on one side and nothing in the roof. But if you’ve already done this then yes it seems the best solution- and even some high lux grow lights would surely be cheaper to run when considering the astronomical cost of electricity in the uk! Good luck with the new project! 🏘
