Meaning he transports people and places into a fictional story, where he is the protagonist. This story is a stereotypical noir detective thriller. The roles a person has in this story is based on they're personality and motivations. So if we put Murphy in a fight to the death with somebody, his opponent would become the "antagonist" of his story.
He basically weaponizes plot armor by warping reality into a story where he is the protagonist. It's insane.
So it's pretty clear Murphy Law takes the W.
